SmartPik is a small founding team. We don’t have open roles posted today. But we’re growing fast, and the people we hire are usually folks who reached out before there was a job listing — not after.

If you’re Bangladesh-based and excited about how Bangladesh actually shops online — not how Silicon Valley assumes we shop — we want to hear from you.

Roles we’d love to talk to

• Customer support (Bangla + English). WhatsApp-first, phone-comfortable, 9 AM – 11 PM availability. Patience and a clear writing voice matter more than experience.
• Content + photography. If you can shoot product photos that don’t look like a Daraz listing, write social captions that don’t sound like a press release, and post consistently — let’s talk.
• Logistics + dispatch ops. Hands-on warehouse role in Darus Salam. Pack, quality-check, hand off to Pathao/Steadfast riders. Detail-obsessed people only.
• Growth marketer. You’ve run paid social in Bangladesh, you know the COD-RTO math, you can read an Events Manager dashboard without panicking.
