Track order
Check your order status
Enter the order number from your confirmation (for example 351) and the phone number you ordered with.
Where do I find my tracking number?
- Check your SMS: the courier sends one when the parcel is picked up.
- Check WhatsApp: we send the tracking number as soon as we ship.
- Check your order confirmation email if you provided one at checkout.
Can’t find your number?
WhatsApp us with your order number and we’ll resend it within an hour, 9 AM to 11 PM Asia/Dhaka.
