1. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order only after we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. We may decline orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, incomplete address, or stock-out.

2. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and inclusive of applicable VAT/duties.
• We accept Cash on Delivery only. Online payment via bKash and Nagad is coming soon.
• Shipping fees are shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times (1–3 days Dhaka / 3–5 days outside) are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays caused by weather, transport strikes, or government holidays. See the Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

4. Returns and replacements

Governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. The 48-hour claim window starts from the moment the courier marks the parcel as delivered.

5. Intellectual property

All product photos, descriptions, copy, and brand assets on this site are the property of SmartPik. Do not copy, redistribute, or use them in your own ads without written permission.

6. Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is the price you paid for the product, excluding shipping. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Dhaka.
