How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take 1–2 extra days.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery only — pay the rider in cash when the product arrives. bKash and Nagad online payment are coming soon.
Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery?
No. The shipping fee shown at checkout is the only delivery cost. No COD surcharge.
How much is the shipping fee?
Tk 80 inside Dhaka and Tk 130 outside Dhaka. Free Dhaka delivery on orders over Tk 999 — auto-applied at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Yes — if it arrives broken, wrong, or not as described. WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We arrange free pickup and replacement or refund. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.
What if I’m not home when the rider arrives?
The rider calls before reaching you. If you can’t take the call, the courier retries once. After two failed attempts the order is cancelled — no charge.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t shipped yet. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the new address.
Do you ship outside Bangladesh?
Not yet. We currently ship only within Bangladesh.
Is the product the same as in the photo?
Yes — every photo on the website is the actual product you receive. We don’t stage or fake images.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of cost before the parcel ships. Once the courier picks it up, a round-trip courier fee (Tk 60–130) may apply.

How does Cash on Delivery work at SmartPik?
Add products to your cart, complete checkout with your Bangladesh delivery address, and pick Cash on Delivery. SmartPik dispatches your order via Pathao or Steadfast. The courier hands you the parcel and you pay in BDT cash on the spot. No advance payment, no card, no online wallet needed.
How long does delivery take across Bangladesh?
Inside Dhaka, 1 to 2 working days. Outside Dhaka, across all 64 districts of Bangladesh, 2 to 4 working days. You will receive an SMS with a tracking link once SmartPik dispatches your order.
What are the shipping charges?
Standard COD shipping is added at checkout based on courier (Pathao or Steadfast) and destination — typically BDT 60-120. Orders over BDT 1,000 ship free anywhere in Bangladesh.
Does SmartPik deliver outside Bangladesh?
No — SmartPik is a Bangladesh-only store at the moment. We deliver to all 64 districts inside Bangladesh, but we do not ship internationally.
How do I return a SmartPik product?
Return within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. WhatsApp +880 1856-565610 or email contact@smartpikbd.com with your order number. We arrange a courier pickup. Since SmartPik is COD-only, there is no advance money to refund — most resolutions are an exchange or store credit.
What is the refund policy for COD orders?
SmartPik is Cash on Delivery only — you only pay when the product is in your hand, so there is no advance payment to refund. If you return a product, we issue store credit or arrange an exchange. For courier-damaged items, we send a free replacement.
How do I track my SmartPik order?
Use the Track Order page on smartpikbd.com. Enter your order number and the phone number used at checkout to see live courier status from Pathao or Steadfast, including expected delivery date.
What payment methods does SmartPik accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) only. SmartPik does not accept credit cards, bKash, Nagad, or bank transfers at the moment. You pay the courier in BDT cash when the order is delivered to you.
Are SmartPik products genuine?
Yes. SmartPik sources directly from manufacturers and verified suppliers to keep the counterfeit risk down. If anything looks off when you open the box, contact us within 7 days and we will verify or replace.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes — for orders over BDT 10,000 or 20+ units of a single product, SmartPik offers bulk pricing and direct support. WhatsApp +880 1856-565610 with your requirement and we will reply inside an hour during business hours.
Does SmartPik have a physical store in Dhaka?
SmartPik operates online-first from Dhaka. We do not have a public retail showroom yet — every order is fulfilled directly from our warehouse and dispatched to your address via courier.
