Delivery time and fees
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days. Tk 80 shipping.
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days. Tk 130 shipping.
- Free Dhaka delivery on orders over Tk 999 — auto-applied at checkout.

- Steadfast Courier — wider rural coverage, primary partner outside Dhaka.
You don’t choose the courier — we pick the one with better coverage and timing for your address. The tracking number we send you tells you which courier handles your parcel.
When you’ll get your tracking link
- Order before 5 PM → dispatched the same day → tracking link arrives by evening.
- Order after 5 PM or on a holiday → dispatched the next working morning.
- We send the tracking link via WhatsApp and SMS as soon as the courier picks up the parcel.
Remote areas
If your area is remote (chars, hill tracts, isolated upazilas), delivery can take an extra 1–2 days. If your address looks like it might be tricky, we’ll WhatsApp you before dispatching to confirm the timeline.
Holidays we don’t ship on
Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Victory Day, Independence Day, and any government-declared bandh. Orders shift to the next working day automatically — we’ll let you know if your delivery is affected.

SmartPik delivers across all 64 districts of Bangladesh via Pathao and Steadfast. Cash on Delivery is the only payment method. Dhaka orders arrive in 1-2 working days, outside-Dhaka orders in 2-4 working days. Standard shipping is BDT 60-120 depending on destination; orders over BDT 1,000 ship free.

Where does SmartPik deliver inside Bangladesh?
SmartPik delivers to every district of Bangladesh — all 64 districts including Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barishal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions. We do not ship outside Bangladesh.
How long does delivery take to my district?
Inside Dhaka, 1 to 2 working days. Outside Dhaka, 2 to 4 working days. Remote unions or upazilas may add a day. Your dispatch SMS includes the expected delivery window from the courier.
Which couriers does SmartPik use?
SmartPik uses Pathao Courier for Dhaka and major cities and Steadfast for the rest of Bangladesh. Both are Cash-on-Delivery-friendly and provide live tracking links delivered by SMS once your order ships.
How much does SmartPik shipping cost?
Standard COD shipping is typically BDT 60 inside Dhaka and BDT 90-120 outside Dhaka, calculated at checkout. Orders over BDT 1,000 ship free anywhere in Bangladesh.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Yes — message SmartPik support on WhatsApp at +880 1856-565610 within 2 hours of ordering. After the order is dispatched to the courier, address changes have to go through Pathao or Steadfast and may delay delivery by 1-2 days.
