Is the bundle eligible for Cash on Delivery in Bangladesh?
Yes — exactly like every other SmartPik order. Cash on Delivery is the only payment method we accept. The full BDT 1,250 is paid in cash to the courier when the bundle reaches your hand.
How long does the bundle take to arrive?
Inside Dhaka, 1 to 2 working days. Outside Dhaka, across the 64 districts, 2 to 4 working days. SmartPik dispatches via Pathao and Steadfast, and you will receive a tracking link by SMS shortly after dispatch.
Do bundles qualify for free shipping?
Yes — at BDT 1,250 the bundle is above SmartPik’s free-shipping threshold of BDT 1,000, so delivery anywhere inside Bangladesh is free. Standard COD charges still apply on the courier side, included in the BDT 1,250 total.
Can I return one item from the bundle if I do not like it?
The bundle is sold as a unit, so partial returns are not allowed. If you have an issue with the bundle as a whole, return all three items within 7 days, unused and in original packaging, for an exchange or store credit.
Is this bundle a good gift for someone in Bangladesh?
