When you can claim
- The product arrives physically broken or damaged in transit.
- You receive the wrong product (different SKU, size, or colour than ordered).
- The product is materially different from what was shown on the website.
What’s not covered
- Change of mind after delivery (“I don’t like the colour”).
- Damage caused after delivery (drops, accidental cuts, washing damage).
- Items returned without prior approval.
How to claim — 48-hour window
- Within 48 hours of delivery, message us on WhatsApp at +880 1856-565610.
- Send a clear photo or short video of the issue.
- We confirm within an hour, 9 AM – 11 PM Asia/Dhaka.
- We arrange free pickup via courier and ship a replacement — or if no replacement is available, refund the full product amount via bKash/Nagad to a number you provide.
Refund timing
Refunds are sent within 3 working days of receiving the returned product. You’ll see the bKash/Nagad transaction reference on WhatsApp once it’s done.
Cancellations before delivery
You can cancel any unshipped order at no cost — just reply CANCEL on WhatsApp with your order number, or call us. Once the courier has picked up the parcel, cancellation may incur the round-trip courier fee (Tk 60–130 depending on zone).

SmartPik is Cash on Delivery only — you pay only when the product is in your hand. That changes how returns work. There is no advance payment to refund, so resolutions are exchanges, replacements, or store credit. You have 7 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging. Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to return a SmartPik product?
7 days from the delivery date. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return — though courier-damaged items are replaced free of charge.
Do I get a cash refund for a returned product?
SmartPik is Cash on Delivery only, so there is no advance money for us to refund. Resolutions are either an exchange for a different product or size, a free replacement (if the item arrived damaged), or store credit usable on a future SmartPik order.
Who pays the return shipping cost?
If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or wrong, SmartPik covers the return courier cost. If you changed your mind, the return courier cost is yours — typically BDT 60-120 depending on your location.
How do I start a return?

Can I exchange for a different product or size?
Yes. If the product is unused, in original packaging, and within the 7-day window, SmartPik will pick up the original and ship the replacement. You pay any price difference; we cover any shortfall as store credit.
